If your Smart TV is not producing audio, we suggest the following steps:
- Check that the headphones are firmly connected to the audio port of your Smart TV.
 - Ensure that the volume on your Smart TV is turned up.
 - If using an external device (for example, a streaming device or Blu-ray player) connected to your TV, check that it is connected properly and that the volume is turned up.
 - Try headphones on another device to confirm that the headphones are working properly.
 - Reset your Smart TV by unplugging the power and plugging it back in.
