- Check the HDMI cable connection and make sure it is plugged securely into the TV and the device. 
 - Check the video resolution setting on your device and make sure it is set to 720P or higher. 
 - If you are streaming online content, try reducing the amount of data usage. 
 - Update the software and/or the firmware of the device and the Smart TV. 
 - Check the network connection and make sure it is stable.
