Why is Outlook not showing the correct sender or recipient for my received emails?
- Check that the sender or recipient has not been incorrectly masked in the View Settings
 - Check the Outlook address book for the correct name
 - Check mail rules and see if any of them are causing an issue
 - Check if Spam filtering is enabled for your account
 - Reset the Cached Address Book
 - Disable automatic name resolution in Outlook
