Why is OneNote not responding to my keyboard shortcuts?

1. Check if the keyboard shortcut works in other apps
2. Restart OneNote
3. Check keyboard driver and set preference in Windows settings
4. Check that the correct OneNote version is installed
5. Adjust Windows accessibility settings
6. Disable third-party app control of OneNote
