- Check that all the devices have enough storage space on the location
 - Make certain all the users have the appropriate permissions to the shared folder.
 - Temporarily disable any other backup program or file synchronization tool running on your device, such as macOS Time Machine, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.
 - Ensure that the folder doesn’t include any system files, such as OneDrive Desktop.ini, Thumbs.db, .DS_Store that need to be excluded.
 - Manually remove any files from the local folder that might conflict with those in the cloud.
 - Confirm that OneDrive is configured to sync the shared folder.
 - Check the OneDrive activity center and review any error messages.
