Here is a list of steps to ensure the most up-to-date version of a file is correctly displayed in OneDrive:
- Save changes made throughout all devices where the file has been edited.
- Login to OneDrive and view the
Recent
folder to ensure the latest version is shown. - Check to see if another user has just saved a more recent version of the file to the same location.
- If the more recent version is still not displayed, click the
refresh
button. - If the more recent version still does not display, check to see if the file is
in sync.
