Why is my Smart TV not responding to the remote control’s voice commands?

1. Check to see if the TV mic is on. You can check this in the setup menu.
2. Make sure that you’re using the right voice command to give instructions to the TV.
3. Make sure the remote control has fresh batteries.
4. Unplug the TV and plug it back in after one minute.
5. Run a firmware update on your Smart TV, if available.
