  1. Check cables and connections to ensure they are all securely plugged in.
  2. Turn off the power of your Modem and Router for 30 seconds and then turn it back on, and wait 2 minutes for it to fully connect.
  3. Restart your Smart TV.
  4. Select Setup, and then try selecting Network Setup.
  5. Wait for the Smart TV to detect any available networks.
  6. If still no networks detected, try resetting the TV’s network connection back to default.
