Why is my shared drive not showing any file changes made by other users?

Below is a list of things to try if you are not seeing file changes made by other users in your shared drive:

  1. Refresh your Files List:
    Manually refreshing your files list can help you recognize changes made by other users. To do this, click the Refresh icon located at the top of your shared drive’s files list.
  2. Disconnect and Reconnect Shared Drive:
    If the refresh doesn’t work, disconnect and reconnect your shared drive to allow the system to update its status.
  3. Ensure that you don’t have the File Set to Offline Mode:
    If the above two steps don’t work, check that offline mode is turned off for the file you are trying to view. To turn off offline mode for the file, right-click the file and select Always keep on this device.
  4. Contact the File Owner:
    If you are still unable to view changes in your file, contact the file owner. The file owner may have accidentally set permissions incorrectly.
