Why is my printer printing documents with incorrect colors?

  1. Check to see if the settings for the printer has changed.

  2. Look for any physical cables that are loose or disconnected.

  3. Clean print heads with warm water.

  4. Restart printer and try printing the same document again.

  5. Check to see if color cartridge or ink level is running low.

  6. Print out a printer’s print test page.

  7. Install the latest driver updates for the printer from manufacturer’s website.
