- Check that the new cartridge is properly installed in the printer.
- Check that your printer is set to the correct paper size.
- Run a test print to check the print settings.
- Check the printer driver’s settings to make sure paper size is set correctly.
- If you are using Windows, uninstall and reinstall the printer driver.
