 - Ensure that the paper you are using is supported by your printer by taking note of the printer accessories and recommended paper weights.
 - If possible, check your printer with a different computer to confirm whether the issue is with the hardware or computer.
 - Check the driver software by ensuring it is up to date. If the driver is up to date, try changing or re-installing it.
 - Clear the print queue and spooler cache, then try to print the page again.
 - Check the quality of the document – if it has too little or too much ink in certain areas, it may only print partial pages.
