Check the power cord to ensure it is securely connected to the power outlet.
Check to ensure that the power outlet is turned on.
Check the printer to see if there are any error messages.
Verify that the printer is not in the power-saving sleep mode by pressing a key on the computer’s keyboard or pushing a button on the printer.
Unplug the power cord, then plug it in again.
Verify that the print job has finished by opening the Windows Print Queue to clear any completed jobs.
Restart the computer.
