Why is my printer not printing from a specific tray or drawer?

  1. Check that the tray or drawer is full of paper

  2. Ensure that all paper from the tray or drawer is the same size and type

  3. Check to see if the paper in the tray or drawer is within the manufacturer’s specified weight limit

  4. Check to see if the media type settings in the printer driver match the paper size and type of paper loaded in the tray or drawer

  5. Check that the tray or drawer is properly adjusted and locked into place
