- Check to make sure that the USB cable is plugged into the printer and your computer.
 - Ensure that your printer is on and connected to your computer via a wire or the same wifi network.
 - Check your printer settings to make sure that the application you are using is in the list of programs that are set to print.
 - Check the ink levels and replace the cartridge if necessary.
 - Run a test print from the Print options menu.
