Why is my printer not connecting to the Bluetooth device?

1. Check the Bluetooth range of the printer
2. Check if the Bluetooth on the printer is turned on
3. Check if Bluetooth is enabled on the device connecting to the printer
4. Reboot the printer and device, then try again
5. Restart both devices by turning them off and on again
