- Check the network name (SSID) and password.
 - Make sure your router is powered on and that the router’s wireless network is enabled.
 - Ensure that the printer and your computer are connected to the same wireless network.
 - Enable WPS on your router.
 - Make sure the printer is in the same room as the router.
 - Restart your printer.
 - Unplug and reconnect to the wireless network.
 - On Windows 10, run the Troubleshooter for connectivity.
 - Check that no other device is using the same IP address.
 - Download and install the latest driver for your printer.
