Why is my PowerPoint presentation not printing properly?

  1. Check printer settings, make sure it is on and not in sleep mode.

  2. Check printer paper size and your presentation page setting.

  3. Check presentation settings, refresh graphics or disable RGB color mode.

  4. Reduce font size for printer compatibility to 8 or 9.

  5. Restart the PowerPoint application and the printer.
