Why is my phone’s storage full even after deleting items?

1. Check to see what types of files take up the most space.
2. Eliminate large files that are unnecessary (videos, images, downloads).
3. Uninstall any unused applications.
4. Backup your data and perform a factory reset (this will delete all data and applications and reset your phone to its original factory settings).
