Why is my phone’s screen not responding to touch?

  1. Check to see if the phone is on, and the display is on.

  2. Clean the touchscreen of the phone to make sure there is nothing obstructing the touch.

  3. Check for any visible signs of damage on the touch screen.

  4. Restart the phone by holding down the power button and home button.
