1. Check to make sure it has power: 
• If plugged in, unplug and plug back in the phone’s charger 
• Make sure it has enough charge 
• Make sure the power outlet is working
2. Power cycle your phone: 
• Hold down the power button for 10 seconds until the device shuts off. 
• Wait 10 seconds after the device shuts off 
• Hold down the power button until your device turns back on. 
3. Ensure the phone is not in airplane mode: 
• Swipe down from the top of the home screen 
• Make sure that Airplane mode is disabled 
4. Reset your Network settings: 
• Go into your Settings > System settings >reset Network settings 
• Confirm the reset
