- Check the GPS settings in the phone's settings. 
Make sure that the GPS functionality is enabled.
 - Check for an update for your GPS app. 
Search for a new version that may address the issue.
 - Speak to your service provider. 
If there are changes associated with the phone that could interfere with GPS functions, then speaking to your service provider should provide solutions.
 - Reset your network settings. 
This may resolve issues related to reception on your phone.
 - Factory reset your phone.  
If all else fails, this can normally resolve the issue.
