Why is my Microsoft Forms form showing an incorrect number of total responses for a quiz?

1. Check if you have multiple copies of the same quiz that could be showing duplicate responses.
2. Check total number of responses with the chart feature.
3. Review your form settings (making sure the questionnaire is anonymous)
4. Review the correctness of the number of questions in the Quiz.
5. Verify that all the answers to the questions were collected.
6. Disable the feedback feature.
