Why is my Microsoft Forms form not displaying the correct number of total questions for a quiz?

1. Check your question layout – Some question types are not considered for the quiz question count.
2. Check for hidden questions – If you have any questions hidden, they will not be included in the quiz question count.
3. Check for manual input – If you are manually entering the score, this must be done for every question on the quiz. This might be the reason for the incorrect count.
