Why is my Microsoft Forms form not displaying the correct number of total points for a survey?
- Check the settings tab and make sure the correct scaling is selected
- If incorrect, reset the scoring and scaling for the questions
- If you are using multiple questions: add up the individual scores and divide it by the total number of multi-values
- Ensure that the correct amount of field, based on the selected question type, is filled in the form
