Why is my laptop not responding to keyboard shortcuts?

Check to see if your laptop is switched on
Check to see if your laptop is fully charged or plugged in
Press the key and hold down for a few seconds
Ensure there are no dust or dirt particles blocking the physical keys
Check if any secondary keyboards and mice are accidentally connected to your laptop
Open your laptop settings and check your keyboard settings
Reinstall the drivers for your keyboard, if necessary
If keyboard shortcuts still won’t work after trying the above steps, take your laptop to a repair centre
