Check if the headset is in pairing mode then:

1. Make sure the laptop Bluetooth is active.
2. Check your laptop's Bluetooth support and driver status.
3. Verify if your laptop is within the Bluetooth range of your headset.
4. Update or reinstall the Bluetooth adapter driver.
5. Restart your laptop and headset.
