Why is my internet performing slower than my neighbors’ internet?
- Check the router and modem that are connected to your internet
 - Check your connection cable is plugged in correctly to your device and modem or router
 - Check the internet settings on the device connected to your router
 - Check to see if any other devices are connected to the router
 - Change the Wireless network channel
 - Perform a speed test
