 Confirm that the router is properly plugged in to a working power source. The router will not power up if it is not plugged in correctly.
- Check to make sure that your internet is working 
 Test your internet on your computer or another device. If it is not working, then you need to contact your internet Service Provider.
- Check that your network is working 
 Test your network connection on your computer or another device. If it is not working, you need to troubleshoot your connection.
- Check your streaming device 
 Restart your streaming device and log back in. If it is still not connecting, contact the streaming device manufacturer for help.
