If you experience a limited or blocked Internet connection, here are some steps you can take to help resolve the issue:
- Check that all cables are securely connected to the equipment and/or router.
 - Reboot your router and/or modem and restart the computer.
 - Run an internet speed test to determine your connection speed.
 - Turn off any programs that could be using large amounts of bandwidth.
 - Run the traceroute command to diagnose latency and hop test.
 - Disable and then enable your network adapter and/or router.
 - Contact your internet provider if the issue persists.
