Why is my computer not recognizing my USB ports?

1. Check to make sure all USB cables are connected properly to both the computer and USB device.
2. Restart your computer.
3. Go into device manager, update driver, or roll back driver.
4. Check the power supply on any USB hub that may be connected.
5. Check to make sure USB ports are enabled in BIOS settings.
