Why is Excel not recognizing my printer when I try to print?

1. Check to make sure the printer is turned on and connected to the same network as the computer.
2. Try printing directly from the printer’s control panel to confirm the printer is working correctly.
3. If necessary, restart the computer and the printer.
4. Update the printer’s drivers and software.
5. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer on the computer.
