Why does my laptop’s Wi-Fi connection intermittently drop?
- Check that your Wi-Fi router is powered on and functioning.
 - Check if any other device connected to the same network is working correctly.
 - Ensure your laptop is in range of the router, and that all of the necessary cables are properly connected.
 - Check the settings of the Wi-Fi network, to ensure your laptop is connecting to the correct network.
 - Update your laptop’s in-built Wi-Fi adapter with the latest available drivers.
 - Reset your router and reconfigure any wireless settings.
 - Check any applicable firewall settings on your laptop or router.
