Why do I keep losing Wi-Fi connection on my Smart TV?

1. Check for any software or firmware updates for your TV

2. Make sure your Router and Modem are powered on and plugged into the correct power outlets

3. Check your Wi-Fi connection settings on the TV to ensure all of the information is correct such as SSID and password

4. Reset your Router and Modem so that their encryption keys are refreshed and re-entered

5. Make sure your Wi-Fi isn’t being interfered with by other devices like microwaves or baby monitors

6. Move your Router closer to the TV if possible, or connect your TV directly to your Router with an Ethernet cable if feasible.
