Why are there smudges on my printed pages?

  1. Check your printers cartridges to ensure that they are full.

  2. Look at the paper tray to ensure that it is in good condition and that the paper is stuck properly.

  3. Run printer cleaning pages to ensure that all printer parts are clean and that there isn’t any unfamiliar obstruction causing smudges.

  4. Print a test page to determine if the smudges are still there.
