- Check that students can access your school’s internal network and external Network connections.
 - Check if the students have enough storage memory or bandwidth to handle the data from the Microsoft Classroom.
 - Check if the account has been successfully set up in the email and password field.
 - Re-configure the system or browser used to access the platform. Ensure that cookies, pop ups and scripts are enabled.
 - Check with the IT department if there are any technical difficulties or outages.
 - Reinstall the app or software required to access the Microsoft Classroom.
 - Ask students to try a different device or a different web browser.
