Why are my students not able to access recorded live lessons on Microsoft Classroom?

1. Check that your students are signed in to the correct Microsoft account
2. Ensure that your students have the most update version of the Microsoft Classroom app installed
3. Make sure that all recordings associated with the lesson have been uploaded to Stream, and that the lessons are shared correctly with the students
4. Verify that all associated recordings are playable within the deviations module
5. Contact any of your students individually to have them check if they can stream or download the recordings
