1. Check if quiz is set to allow users to move back and forth between questions
2. Ensure the expand arrow is enabled for each section using the Edit Section options
3. Verify question order and appearance of the quiz in the Review tab
4. Check the total number of questions per quiz to ensure they do not exceed 30
5. Copy the content into a new quiz and then select Edit Quiz to review the sections
6. Try deleting and re-adding questions in the sections of the quiz
7. Verify quiz settings are correctly set to Public
8. Contact Microsoft Support to get help troubleshooting quiz issues
