- Check the printer connection:
- Confirm that the wireless printer is powered on.
- Verify that the wireless router is powered on and that all cables are plugged in property
- Ensure that the printer is connected to the network
- Check to see if the wireless printer is in range of the wi-fi signal
- Configure Printer Settings:
- Choose the printer's wireless settings menu on the display panel to verify your network or to select your network
- Enter the Wi-Fi username and password if prompted
- Save the settings when done
- Verify the printer connection by selecting the Print Network Settings or similar option
- Update Printer Driver Software:
- Download the most recent printer driver or software package from your printer manufacturer’s website
- Install the software and restart our computer
- Access the Printer:
- Access the printer from any computer or device connected to your network
- Enter the designated password if prompted
