- Check your email settings
 - Update your email server settings, including incoming and outgoing server address and port numbers.
 - Check any email filters or rules you might have active, you may have accidentally blocked the sender.
 - Make sure you're using the right password and username.
 - Check the email that is set as your primary email, and make sure it is the correct one.
 - Log in to your email account webmail or software client, and make sure POP or IMAP is enabled.
