My shared drive is not syncing changes made by other users, why is this?
- Verify that the shared drive is network connected
 - Ensure other users are using the same shared drive and are properly authenticated
 - Check shared drive access permissions and make sure that all users have appropriate permissions
 - Check that the files and folders are not marked as 'read-only'
 - Disconnect the shared drive, restart the system and reconnect the shared drive
