My shared drive is not showing any changes made by other users, even after syncing, what’s wrong?
- Make sure everyone that edits the document has permission to edit & view the document.
 - Check if the document has been moved to another location.
 - Have other users ensure that the action is saved.
 - Check for any software updates or conflicts related to the sharing application.
 - Clear your browser cache, sign out and sign back in.
