I keep receiving duplicate emails, how do I stop this?

1. Unsubscribe from the emails
2. Check that you've only subscribed to the email list once
3. Check for any typos in the email address when subscribing
4. Check whether the emails are from the same sender
5. Look for options to unsubscribe or manage preferences
