- Check your corporate policy regarding use of Outlook Anywhere.
 - Ensure that Outlook Anywhere is enabled on the server and that the correct certificate has been assigned to the RPC virtual directory.
 - Verify connectivity to the Exchange server by using the Test E-mail AutoConfiguration utility.
 - Verify that the Autodiscover service is correctly configured. The Autodiscover service must be directed to the Exchange server.
 - Check all firewall settings to ensure that Outlook Anywhere traffic is allowed.
 - If a proxy server is configured, make sure that the Outlook Anywhere settings configure the proxy server.
