Create an email signature on your mobile device:

1. Decide what content to include:
   • Name
   • Title
   • Phone number
   • Office address
   • Website URL
2. Create the email signature:
   • Open your email app
   • Go to settings and locate your signature settings
   • Enter the content that you decided to include
   • Check the spelling, format, and layout
3. Activate the signature on incoming and outgoing messages:
   • Locate the settings that control whether the signature appears on incoming or outgoing messages, or both
   • Turn the signature setting on
