Follow these steps to set up a custom view for a document in SharePoint:
- Navigate to the document list: Access the document list library where the document is stored. t
- Choose the document: Locate the document in the list and select/ open it.
- Choose view: From the Home tab on the ribbon drop down the
Choose View
button. - Create view:Select
Create View
and then select the type of view you would like. - Name & Design: Give the view a name and make any changes to the view's design.
- Save view: Once you are satisfied with the result select
Ok
to save the view.
