How do I set up a custom view for a specific document in SharePoint?

Follow these steps to set up a custom view for a document in SharePoint:

  1. Navigate to the document list: Access the document list library where the document is stored.

  3. Choose the document: Locate the document in the list and select/ open it.
  4. Choose view: From the Home tab on the ribbon drop down the Choose View button.
  5. Create view:Select Create View and then select the type of view you would like.
  6. Name & Design: Give the view a name and make any changes to the view's design.
  7. Save view: Once you are satisfied with the result select Ok to save the view.
