To resolve the issue of Outlook not correctly showing your email address book, follow these steps:
- Check your internet connection and restart the computer if needed.
 - Update your Outlook program with the latest version.
 - Make sure the console window and Outlook have been granted proper permissions to access contacts and address book information.
 - Enable the show contacts from the Outlook address book option.
