Follow these steps to reset the printer’s network password:

1. Power off the printer and wait 60 seconds
2. Hold the Wi-Fi button for at least 3 seconds
3. Press the ON button to turn the printer back on
4. Wait for the printer to connect to the network and show the Wi-Fi Light in the ON and ready state
5. On the printer, press the Setup button.
6. Press Network Setup and then Wireless LAN Setup
7. The Wi-Fi light will flash green
8. Using the control panel arrow keys, select Restore Network Settings and press OK twice
9. The Printer's password will be reset to the default password configured at the factory.
