- Turn off your printer
- Unplug the power cord from the printer
- Disconnect all the cables connected to the printer
- Reconnect the power cable to the printer
- Turn on the printer
- Wait for the printer to be without errors before proceeding further
- Press the Menu button on the printer control panel
- Use the arrow keys to navigate to the Setup tab
- Navigate to the Reset option
- Select the Reset to Factory Default option
- Press OK and wait for the printer to reset
