- Contact the owner of the shared drive.
 - Request from the owner of the shared drive a copy of the recently deleted content.
 - Try restoring the entire shared drive from a previously created snapshot or backup.
 - Check the Trash folder to see if any deleted content is retrievable.
 - Reach out to the IT team to confirm that the deleted content cannot be retrieved.
